Overview
Analytics offered through LassoCreators help you understand which partner products are getting clicks and sales.
This way, you can review clicks, conversions, and earnings.
Where to Find the Analytics
In Lasso, navigate to your Home page.
Your analytics will appear there once you start getting clicks and sales.
What Links Are Included in the Report
This report only shows links from Lasso's Brand Deals. (You may also see this referred to as the Marketplace.)
These are all Amazon products and brands. The brands have partnered with Lasso to pay higher commissions to our creators. This way, you can automatically earn higher rates without negotiations.
This report does not include regular Amazon Associates products. Clicks and earnings for those will be tracked in Amazon Associates. (You will also not see Lasso Brand Deals in your Associates account because they are paid by the brands through Lasso.)
What the Report Shows
The report is designed to help you answer questions such as:
What commissions am I generating from Brand Deals?
Which partner products are performing best?
How are my clicks, conversions, and earnings trending over time?
The report includes both high-level performance metrics and more detailed breakdowns, allowing you to analyze your results from multiple perspectives.
In the top graph:
The purple line show clicks
The green line shows commissions
You can also scroll down to see a detailed table, including the specific products that are getting clicks and sales.
Why This Report Matters
Brand Deals can represent a meaningful source of affiliate revenue because they pay higher commissions than the base Amazon Associates rate.
However, these sales don't show in Amazon Associates because they're paid by the brands through Lasso.
The Brand Deals Report provides a way to still make sure you can see click and sale data for your products, helping you:
Understand the impact of your Brand Deals efforts
Identify your strongest-performing partnerships
Make more informed decisions about future promotions
Reduce confusion by separating Brand Deals data from other reporting
How to Use the Report
There is a date range selector at the top of the report. It defaults to the last 30 days, but you can make it shorter or longer for your use case.
As you analyze the report, consider paying attention to trends such as:
Products with high clicks and high conversion rate. These are products people are interested in and are buying often. Promote them as often as possible!
Products with high clicks but low conversion rate. These are products people are interested in but not buying. One option is to evaluate the surrounding information in your content. Does it need more context? Or, consider switching out the product with another offer to see if it gets a better conversion rate.
Products with low clicks but high conversion rate. These are products people want to buy. Consider moving them up sooner or more prominently in your content, or making the offer more attractive callout (like with a Lasso product display).
Products with low clicks and low conversion rate. These are products people are just not interested in and should probably be replaced by other offers.
Best Practices
To get the most value from the Brand Deals Report:
Review the report regularly.
Monitor products with strong conversion rates and earnings.
Use performance data to decide which Brand Deals to promote more heavily.
Look for trends over longer periods of time instead of focusing on a single day's results.
Revisit underperforming deals to determine whether updates to placement or content could improve outcomes.
