When you find a bug in Lasso, sometimes we need to diagnose it by logging into your WP admin. But you may not want us all up in your WordPress admin area.

So instead, you can create a backup of your WordPress install and send it to us. All you have to do is download a free plugin, create the backup, and send us the wpress file.

  1. Install the All-In-One WP Migration plugin.

  2. Create a backup file by navigating to the Export tab. Please do not export spam comments or the media library. You can do this by checking these two boxes:

  3. Then, click Export To > File. This should be a .wpress file. NOTE: This may take a while depending on the size of your site.

  4. Go to Backups and download the file to your computer.

  5. Finally, send us the .wpress file via Google Drive, Dropbox, or whatever large file sender you like to use.

Now that we have this file, we can properly diagnose the issue and fix the bug fast!
