Overview
The Lasso Display Settings tab gives you the ability to choose your default Display theme, set your brand colors, and apply defaults for your overall Display appearance.
Accessing the Display Settings Tab
Navigate to the Lasso WordPress Plugin.
Click Settings.
Click Display.
Choosing Your Default Display Theme
π΅ NOTE: All of these themes and settings are available with the Lasso plugin. If you're using Lasso Lite, upgrade today for full display customization.
The first thing you'll see on the Display tab is an example Display.
Click the dropdown menu under the Theme section to preview all eight of Lasso's high-converting Display themes in the example Display.
You can also click the dropdown menu under Display Type to see each how the Single, Grid, and List Displays would look with your chosen theme.
Customizing Your Displays with Default Settings
TIP: Don't forget to hit the Save Changes button in the bottom right corner to apply these defaults to your Displays.
Once you have the Display Theme you'd like, scroll down to see additional Display settings.
This is where the customization magic happens!
Colors
Click on any color text box to choose from Lasso's color palate. Or, paste in your own hex color (ex: #22baa0).
These colors can only be changed in the Display Settings page, but you can change them anytime!
Text Boxes and Toggles
You can customize everything from your button text to whether or not you show the price on your Displays by default.
However, you can also customize a majority of these options on a Display-by-Display basis on your products' individual Link Details page.

*Customize Link-by-Link: "Yes" means you can override the default on the Link Details page for a specific link. "No" means you can only apply this here on the Display Settings page.
Retroactive Changes
Some Display defaults will apply retroactively. Others only apply to new Displays, so they don't override one-off customizations from the Link Details pages.
Defaults That Apply Retroactively
Display Theme
All Colors (badge, title, background, button + badge text, button, pros, and cons)
Disclosure Text
Brag Mode Toggle
Defaults That Apply Only to New Displays
Show Price Toggle
Show Disclosure Toggle
Primary and Secondary Button Text
This is because Lasso will prioritize the text and toggles you have specified in the Link Details pages. These defaults help pre-load that information for new Lasso Links, but they do not override information for existing Lasso Links.
What About Customizations That Aren't in Display Settings?
All Lasso Displays are fully customizable with CSS. You can change the font size, image alignment, whitespace, and more.
