If something isn’t working the way it should, here’s what helps us fix it faster:
A short description of the issue (“This link isn’t showing up in my post”, etc.)
A link to the page or content where it’s happening (if relevant)
A video recording or screenshot (more on this below)
Your browser and device (Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPhone, etc.)
Any recent changes you made (“I just updated my plugin” or “I imported links from Pretty Links”)

We recommend using Loom (not an affiliate link 😉). It’s free, easy to use, and gives a URL that you can share.
