You might notice that some of your affiliate links with Lasso have an ?lcid=LCID_ argument on the end of the URLs.

This might show up on the target link preview at the bottom of your browser, or be seen in the address bar in your browser when you click through the affiliate link.

What is an LCID argument?

LCID stands for Lasso Conversion ID.

This is a unique identifier that is added to your affiliate links to help track actual conversions so they can provide better granular reporting in your Performance Dashboard.

Why the LCID argument is important

The Lasso Conversion ID helps Lasso to attribute real clicks to real conversions, enabling a whole new layer of advanced revenue tracking in Performance.

Where almost no other tools offer it, Lasso will show you which specific links and displays are converting and how much revenue they're bringing to your brand.

That allows you to track the performance of every single link with real conversion data and helps you to improve your affiliate revenue.

Problems with LCID?
